Basant Rubber Factory Private Ltd. manufactures and supplies elastomeric bearings for Road and Railway bridges as per IRC (Indian Roads Congress).

Elastomeric bearing pads are placed in between superstructures such as the bridge beam and substructures such as the vertical supports (piers). Their primary function is to distribute the superstructure loads to the substructure and allow it to undergo necessary movements in irregular environmental conditions without creating any harmful stresses that might compromise the structural integrity of the bridge.

The design, dimensions and load characteristics can be modified to suit the customer’s requirements.
